Ocala, FL 34480. Please note that all visits are by appointment only – walk-ins are not accepted.
We currently provide care to patients in Florida only. You must be physically in Florida at the time of your video visit and for any prescriptions. If you’re traveling, schedule when you’ll be back in-state.
